It’s all in everything that you know
The good, bad, exists because you allow it. You perceive it to be either thing. Always your choice in every situation. Even in death, your choice to believe it was either terrible or a release. The end of suffering or taken too soon. Life is what you make it. It’s yours to mould and shape. Outside influence is just that. A situation that is presented to you in order for you to decide what you’ll do. It’s all up to you. No one else is inside you. It’s you. Alone in the world for your lifetime deciding what it is you should or shouldn’t do. Self harm, depression, suicidal tendencies that’s on you too. No one else took the knife to your skin and no one else can fix what you have in. That’s on you. There’s things you can do if you choose to. I know these things to be true because I was once like you. I chose to be me and set myself free. I learn every day a new way to love me. I hope you choose to see you can be too!
